Search Engine Marketing (SEM) is the speciality that makes web pages findable within search engines and ensures a web page will rank in a proper position within the search results when a visitor is looking for a specific topic by entering a (set of) keywords.

Search Engine Optimization
Within Search Engine Optimization (also known as SEO) we structurally work on technology, content and link strategy in order in to have the web pages shown up in search engines. During the development of a website / web shop we keep a lot of things in mind to make sure we deliver a search engine friendly website. After delivery of the website there is a lot you should keep in mind and work on to make sure your website will perform and beat the competition.

Search Engine Advertising
Search Engine Advertising is the practise of placing ads above and next to the natural search results within a search engine. A specific designed ad will only appear when a (search engine) user types a specific word or phrase (which is predifed by you as advertiser). Advertisers will only pay for clicks on ads which are activated by those pre-defined keywords.
Most of the time we work with Google Adwords, being such an effective tool. But we can also work with Facebook or LinkedIn ads if required.
Within Search Engine Advertising, we can distinguish three objectives:
1. Generate as much mpressions as possible
2. Achieve as many clicks as possible
3. Achieve as many conversions as possible. Eg. information request, registration or purchase.
